Vape Monkey Jeddah is a customer-centric company, and customer satisfaction is always one of our top priorities.
You are eligible to return the defective items within 7 days, starting from the date of receiving the package. Our return policy covers dead on arrival items(DOA), defective items and also the items that are not listed on our website.
We would also like to remind you that our policy does not cover the return of items damaged by misuse and improper care. Also, feel free to contact us at [email protected], if you want to know more about the items you ordered and our team will give a comprehensive detail, and also impart the instructions for using them.
Listed below are certain items which are not accepted as returns for hygienic reasons and the comprehensive safety of our customers and staff members:
- Vape Juices/Bottled liquid
- Drip tips
- Wick & Wire
Kindly note that Vape Monkey Jeddah is not responsible for the return shipping charges, and we will also not reimburse the payment unless you received the wrong items(s). Also, a return label will be provided if you have received a wrong item(s) or an item that is dead on arrival(DOA). And make sure to return the item to our return address within 7 days from the shipped date.
Our team will conduct a thorough inspection of the item that you returned. And we will ensure to send a replacement at no cost if the returned item(s) is found to be defective. At the same time, if the items are not currently available in our inventory, we will send a refund in the original method of payment that you previously used to make the purchase. Furthermore, we will send back the item(s) or issue a store credit if our team concluded that the item(s) is fully functional upon testing.
The returns must include all the items that were present in the package(especially for items that come in sets) when you received the delivery. If possible, kindly include the same packaging in which your item(s) was delivered.
How to return an item(s) to Vape Monkey Jeddah?
Safely and securely pack your item(s) in an envelope or box of your choice. You can also send the returns in the same package in which you received the item(s). And most importantly, include your contact details, name and order number.

It takes around 10 days from the date of return shipment for your account to be credited and additionally 1-2 billing cycles for the credited amount to appear in your statement.
